Doesn't seem to have a way for me to sign up for reports for all packages I
(co-) maintain and no way to tell the system, I am aware of these warnings
and they are not applicable and would like to silence them, so I can focus
on new warnings/errors if any.

In this case, I would like a global view of all the packages in a single
web page ( similar to say the distrowatch package pages and not just
bugzilla reports for the packages I maintain)
