Rawhide nodebug and the 3.12 kernel

Whatever major version ships with beta should ship with final. There are some significant changes in 3.12. I have no problem with final being 3.11.7 or .8 or whatever. Otherwise WTF is the point of all the selective backport efforts, and avoidance of major 3.12 changes possibly causing regressions?
