The easies way to create an update is to go to your working directory
and ensure, that you are in the correct branch. After then you can 
call fedpkg update and fill out the form provided on your screen.

When you have save this form, you may need to enter your FAS password for
autorhization.

If you get an error, if may be helpful, if you can post the message,
so other peoples can help you.

Of course, you should get sure, that the packaged fedpkg and bodhi-client
are installed on your system.
