orphaning/retiring perl-Bio-ASN1-EntrezGene

This package is currently causing broken deps in any case.

It's not very useful without perl-bioperl, see my previous
post, which has seen been removed:

Hopefully somebody else can pick these packages up (including
perl-bioperl), I can help as a  co-maintainer, but can't be primary
maintainer right now.
