Neither does this (unless you have a support contract but last time I
checked they do not offer one for fedora).

That does not help your case at all ... you cannot force people to do
work for you that's not how open source works.

So your options are either:

1) Convince someone to fix it (that works by rational arguments not by
calling people idiots)

or

2) Fix it and file patches

or

3) Pay someone to do 2)

Note: I didn't look at the bugs.
