as explained most of that behavior started with F15 and destroy years
of optimization on perfect running systems which now repeats by put
the head in the sand, ignore problems over months and if a reaction
besides ignore happens it is "close because i don't care"

there is a reason today even Linus choosed words like "and I personally
find it annoying that it's always the same f*cking primadonna involved"
in direction of systemd-upstream
