lbzip2 can use less memory than bzip2 while still being much faster.

Example results:

	System time (seconds): 0.89
	Percent of CPU this job got: 99%
	Elapsed (wall clock) time (h:mm:ss or m:ss): 0:32.96
	Maximum resident set size (kbytes): 7704
