orphaning ooolatex + maintainership of my other packages up for grabs

ooolatex needs to be replaced by TeXMaths anyway, see:

In general, going forward at least for the immediate 
future, I will have to ramp down some of my Fedora efforts.

In the meantime feel free to update any of my packages
if you're provenpackage, or volunteer to be a primary
maintainer, and I'll happily orphan any of my packages:

I do want to continue with Fedora efforts (albeit reduced
time), and ask to be kept on as co-maintainer, but some of
these packages deserve more active maintainers than I
am able to be right now.
