This is a duplicate of:

(as is the https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1162378 one you
also filed). 

If you read bug 1065457 (or the upstream xfce list) you will see that
while this is a stable release of parole, it depends on a unstable
delvelopment release (4.11.x) of libxfce4ui. 

As noted before we aren't going to push any 4.11 builds into Fedora
until we know more about when a possible 4.12 release might be.
