sharutils-4.14.2 changes license

Dear sharutils users, be aware that sharutils-4.14.2 changed license
from 

  GPLv3+ and LGPLv3+ and (LGPLv3+ or BSD) and LGPLv2+ and Public Domain and GFDL

to 

  GPLv3+ and (LGPLv3+ or BSD) and LGPLv2+ and Public Domain and GFDL

That's because bundled gnulib changed licensening from LGPLv3+ to
GPLv3+. This change will be effective since Fedora 21.
