[Test-Announce] Fedora 22 nightly compose 2014-12-16 nominated for testing

Hi, folks. I wrote support into relval for creating nightly compose 
test pages 'if needed', and while testing it, noticed that the 
'needed' requirements were met for the 2014-12-16 compose...so what 
the heck, it's now the new 'current' testing compose :) Please do chip 
in and help with testing if you can.

It would be good to get as many of the tests as we can covered as 
early as possible. testcase-stats is up and running for F22, with 
hourly updates, at https://www.happyassassin.net/testcase_stats/22/ .

The 'significant' (on my rather arbitrary list, so far) package 
changes since 20141208 are: pungi (3.13-1 vs. 3.12-2), pykickstart 
(1.99.65-1 vs. 1.99.64-1), lorax (22.1-1 vs. 22.0-1). anaconda and 
python-blivet have not changed.
