FreeRDP rawhide rebuild

FreeRDP is dropping monolithic builds in the latest release:

All these libraries are no longer available.

libfreerdp-locale.so.1.2()(64bit)
libfreerdp-primitives.so.1.2()(64bit)
libfreerdp-rail.so.1.2()(64bit)
libfreerdp-utils.so.1.2()(64bit)

I will rebuild Remmina and Guacamole; but a a rebuild of Weston and Vinagre
is required.
