Qwt and QwtPolar for Qt5?

As far as qwtpolar goes, at least in fedora, qgis is it's only consumer, so 
either they'd both have to move to qt5, or some method of making qt4 and qt5 
parallel-installable versions will have to be devised (probably using 
similar techniques as was done with qwt in this thread).
