Could not execute build: failed to connect

I recently did a build for f19 and got the console output:

But when I go to
     http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=6484083
it appears to me that the build succeeded.

What does the message 'Could not execute build: failed to connect' mean ?
