Issue with koji?

As far as I know f21-build and rawhide are separate repos.  Just use
f21-build in your wait-repo command.

Was it ever reliable?

koji wait-repo f21-build --build setup-0-0 && echo $?

pkill -SIGINT koji

exit code from koji is 0
