Well, the "tools" are totally opensource and can be built standalone,
libXNVCtrl will interface with the Nvidia X.org driver; but what is the
benefit of having them in Fedora if they can't be used without the
proprietary blobs?
Currently there's a policy that game engines cannot be shipped in Fedora if
the content is not free as well; shouldn't the policy be the same (i.e.
allow the engines without content or remove the tools as well)?
