Not that I know of, nor am I able to reproduce that.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=982043 has similar symptoms 
as well, but as to what is causing it... Could be some exotic setup, 
also I wouldn't count out SELinux being related one way or another.
