Bullet soname update

Hi all,

I'm planning on updating the Bullet library to version 2.82 in rawhide 
this weekend.  It involves a bump to the soname, and according to 
repoquery the following packages are affected:

$ repoquery --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=rawhide --source -q 
--whatrequires bullet |sort -u
bullet-2.81-3.fc20.src.rpm
fawkes-0.5.0-14.fc21.src.rpm
supertuxkart-0.8.1-1.fc21.src.rpm
vdrift-20120722-7.fc21.src.rpm

I have commit access to all of those packages but supertuxkart, so I 
will apply for commit and handle all rebuilds myself, unless package 
owners would like to do so on their own.
