libevdev soname bump

I'm going to update libevdev in rawhide to the 1.0RC1 on Monday 10 Feb. This
includes a soname bump. Packages affected are below, let me know if you
_don't_ want me to rebuild them for you.

If your package disallows provenpackgers to rebuild, then you'll have to do
it anyway :)
