Orphaned packages

We no longer have valid contact information for the following packagers due
to changes in their work duties:

* npajkovs
* fkocina
* zpavlas

For packages that they own we have orphaned the packages and made them
comaintainers.  In the future, if their current fas email addresses start to
bounce, we will need to remove the accounts from the pkgdb altogether.  If
anyone knows of a way to contact them to ask if they would still like to
maintain any of their packages we would appreciate it.  They'd need to
update their email address in fas and retake ownership of packages that were
orphaned as part of this.

The following packages have been orphaned.  Feel free to take them over if
you care about them:

npajkovs:
* inn (f19-devel and epel7)
* iptraf-ng (f19-devel epel5-6)
* irssi-xmpp (f19-devel)

fkocina:
* librtas (f19-devel)
* libservicelog (f19-devel)
* netatalk (f19-devel epel5-6)
* powerpc-utils-python (f19-devel)
* servicelog (f19-devel)
