I believe these 3 are all you need.  If you encounter any problems:

mmcli --set-logging=DEBUG

and then try to reproduce the problem, and grab the systemd journal
output from ModemManager.  "mmcli -m 0" output is also very useful, feel
free to XXX out any IMSI or IMEI or phone #.
