the same for avahi

looks like samba with F19 pulls it, fine, finally
i recently realized that on one of our main servers

* avahi was pulled with the dist-upgrade to F19
* there is no chance to get rid of it if you use samba
* it get *enabled* and started it with the reboot
* because i *hardly* avoid it anywhere to be installed
and i did not expect it on dist-upgrade number 10 on that machine
* it was runnign for some weeks for *no reason* there

shiny new world where the best you can do is "systemctl mask whatever"
to avoid get things you *absoluetly* not want installed and enabled
by random updates
