Sure you can if someone installs from the repo and have i686 versions
of a library installed.

Ex:

User has:
libfoo-1.0.i686
libfoo-1.0.x86_64

installed

Repo ships libfoo-1.1.x86_64

=> User can't install it => problem ;)
