python-django update to Django-1.6

very much appreciated!

In between, I submitted a request for review[1]
for a python-django15 package. I'd intend to change 
the python-django14 package based on Toshios patch
as well, so that we'll have sooner or later
2-3 Django versions installable in parallel.
