dnf was originally introduced in Fedora 18 and the plan as proposed then
was for dnf to replace yum by Fedora 22. So we have some time left for
feedback and correct those issues and reevaluate as we get close to the
development feature planning stage of that release. I have already been
testing all this time and filed probably the most number of reports, many
of them fixed already. You are also in the bug report that Ales agreed to
add back keepcache

before that replacement can happen

* delta RPM support (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=909468)
* bash completion (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1030440)
* drop deprecated aliases (

* autoremove (plugin) (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=963345)
* name only search (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=963140)
* protected packages functionality (unfiled?)
* yum remove kernel vs dnf remove kernel difference (unfiled? )

yum utilities

* yum-builddep (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=905697)
* yumdownloader (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1045679)
* debuginfo-install (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1045770)
* repoquery (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1045078)
* yum-config-manager (filed but rejected at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1044984)

Hope that helps
