Grub installation. First potential Fedora killer

Not creating /etc/default/grub is sortof annoying because there's no automated way to create it after the fact, unlike the others. So if no bootloader only means an insert of --grub-setup=/bin/true that'd make some people happy I bet. Maybe even 10 or 20.
