Unannounced soname bump: satyr (libsatyr.so.2 -> libsatyr.so.3) - affects libreport and abrt

I apologize. While I notified the abrt/libreport maintainer about the
bump, I should have made sure that the abrt/libreport build was ready to
be done immediately after satyr build.
