Unfortunately, it's upstream Bluez that removed/changed these features
for version 5.  And the upstream Bluez developers stopped working on
Bluez4 in mid-2012.  So staying with Bluez4 would have meant using a
very, very out-of-date Bluez that Fedora developers would have to
maintain, since upstream clearly wasn't interested.
