OCaml packages in Rawhide (was: Re: rawhide report: 20140717 changes)

I've done all the easy rebuilds.

The remaining packages either depend on ocaml-labltk, for which
there is an open review request here:

or have actual build problems:

ocaml-bitstring
 - tests fail indicating the package is broken on OCaml 4.02.0
ocaml-camlp5
 - not updated upstream for 4.02, will probably get updated after
   4.02 is released
ocaml-mikmatch
 - build failure
ocaml-omake
 - new version of hevea has confused the build system
ocaml-p3l
 - need to remove `-warn-error A' from compiler flags
ocaml-pa-do
 - build failure, looks complicated
ocaml-lwt
 - build failure
