Splitting & renaming of dhcp package

honestly if you clean that up rename "dhclient" too which
should be simple be Provides/Obsoletes and result in really
clean and understandable packges

i personally hatet the "dhclient" at least once because
searched for "dhcp-client" and in a perfect world even
the binary could be "/usr/sbin/dhcp-client" with a small
change in network.service and NM i guess

i would consider the rename of the client binary
because the first grep would list all related
