fedpkg build failing (due to NSS?)

Remi already reported in #fedora-admin that the F20 buildroot was
broken.

What seems to have happened is that we still have some buildroot
overrides:
 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/override/list

If you look, nss is still tagged as an override for F20, but without
nss-util and nss-softokn.

Someone with the right permissions (e.g the nss maintainer, or possibly
releng) needs to expire this buildroot override.
