i simply do not get why they are not built from the same srpm

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/SplitSoftoknFromNSS
is invalid - if there are no hard dependencies between the
subpackages then this is no valid reason no just build
all of them at once because finally it happens anyways
that they are available in the same version
