F21 System Wide Change: Java 8

[Aleksandar Kurtakov]

One of the biggest offenders (Eclipse) is now happily compiling(always has been running fine) with Java 8 and while looking at fixing it many other issues has been identified and fixed so personally I'm fine with OpenJDK7 being obsoleted now.
