hi Fabian,

starting with ratools I will support Fedora to be on the leading edge
of technologies.

ratools is some kind of new software and was introduced by Dan Luedtke
on the IPv6-Kongress
(http://www.ix-konferenz.de/showabstract.php?vid=2034).
The framework allows administrators and developers to quickly respond
to changes in the network and to deal with IPv6 easily.
