Abotu setting 'PermitRootLogin=no' in sshd_config

So far the consensus seem that it is okay to reverse the current default and set PermitRootLogin=no. I'll talk to the upstream maintainer - plautrba(https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Plautrba).
