Review swaps for a couple of computational-neuroscience research packages

Hi,

I've just submitted a couple of packages and their deps for review that
are useful for computational-neuroscience researchers - I need them for
my research work, for example:

python-quantitites - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1150090

I have a couple in queue - NEURON, NEST, Brian that I'll submit shortly.
Could someone please review these in the meantime? Of course, I'll be
happy to review packages in return. :)
