Orphan packages in rawhide

You don't have to orphan it. No action is required. The email is basically
telling you that one of your deps got orphaned, perhaps you might want to
adopt it yourself. At least that's how I understand it.

And since a lot of packages depend on boost there are a lot of packages
on that list :-)
