Unable to connect to https://admin.fedoraproject.org with firefox, error is ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap

What version of firefox is this? 

We have been tweaking our ssl settings recently to match up with the
recommended Mozilla ssl server settings: 
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Server_Side_TLS
