Django 1.4 and 1.5 retired in Fedora 21 [Was: F-21 Branched report: 20140923 changes]

Django 1.4 and 1.5 have been retired from the Fedora collection in
Fedora 21 in favor of the two supported branches, 1.6 and 1.7.

This has resulted in several packages being broken that relied on
these older versions. If you own one of them, please update them to
work with 1.6 or 1.7. If upstream does not support this, please retire
the package so that it will be removed from Fedora prior to Fedora 21
Beta.
