No, it's still available in the updates-testing repository.

Being karma'd out doesn't mean it quickly disappears from the repos; it
just gets marked as pending to be deleted next time release engineering
puts out next set of updates (aka does an "F21 updates-testing push").

As I understand it, F21 pushes haven't happened in a while due to the
more urgent need to push out bash updates to stable releases.
