I am not working on this currently. Some one should inform upstream
that it doesn't build for GCC 5 / C++ 11.

mono-core-3.12.1-0.src.rpm from
http://download.mono-project.com/repo/centos/SRPMS/ built successfully for F21:

The current version in Fedora has Security Bugs and is an EOL version.
