Thanks for pointing this out. I will add contact information to the webapp.

Koschei is in the process of becoming official Fedora application. Once
that process completes, contact target will be the same as for other
infrastructure apps (#fedora-admin, fedora-infrastructure trac or
infrastructure mailing list). Until that happens you can contact Koschei
admins (mizdebsk, msimacek) directly by email or on IRC.
