Making 3rd party gstreamer codecs work in F22

That major third party repository just needs to get out of its lethargy and 
stop blocking everything on an infrastructure migration that is not going to 
happen any time soon. Papering over the problem on the Fedora end does not 
actually solve the problem at all.
