rebase-helper updated to 0.6.0 from rawhide till F22

Hi folks,

I've pushed a new version of rebase-helper, 0.6.0, to rawhide, F23, F22.

Description of rebase-helper:
This tool helps you to rebase package to the latest version using git 
rebase.
The rebase-helper also run several diff tools like pkgdiff, abipkgdiff, 
rpmdiff.
The rebase-helper also is able to build a package by rpmbuild, fedpkg, mock.

Workflow is available here [2].

What changes are done in version 0.6.0:
- calls patches and git operation if exists in %prep section - support 
libabipkgdiff
- replace calling yum with dnf
- several fixes
