It is most probably a bug in depcheck (or down the stack), I'm sorry. We thought we fixed it already, but it seems we didn't (or it regressed somehow):

So, we're aware of it, and we will try to resolve it. (If there are some people experienced with using libsolv and willing to help us debugging, that would be great.)
