How to install Rawhide?

D'oh! That seems to lead to something. A Fedora-specific tool could
really know about "rawhide" and tell about --nogpgcheck being needed.

Brand-new ticket, yes, that seems to be the issue.
One can never be sure due to mirror servers that may or may not
carry the stuff that's needed.

	  fedup at all, and the links to koji aren't fast either when showing
	  the list of images to download - a slow koji query!)
