Where is yaws?

Be grateful to see that it's still alive in EPEL channel, with an
elder version though. I just wandered in the VZ systems and then found
yaws is no longer available for Fedora users, that'd be unhandy for
deploying packages.

I will submit review requests later as I'm still out of time.
