I was getting these randomly with fedpkg (not just new-sources):

$ fedpkg new-sources ~/rpmbuild/smesh/SOURCES/smesh-6.5.3.1.tar.gz
Uploading: 4555a5783769a23b820ba8fec96e3a17
 /home/build/rpmbuild/smesh/SOURCES/smesh-6.5.3.1.tar.gz

curl: (6) Could not resolve host: pkgs.fedoraproject.org
Could not execute new_sources: Command '['curl', '-k', '--cert',
'/home/build/.fedora.cert', '--fail', '-o', '/dev/null', '--show-error',
'--progress-bar', '-F', 'name=smesh', '-F',
'md5sum=4555a5783769a23b820ba8fec96e3a17', '-F',
'file=@/home/build/rpmbuild/smesh/SOURCES/smesh-6.5.3.1.tar.gz', '
https://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/upload.cgi']' returned non-zero
exit status 6

Maybe my DNS went a little wonky for a bit.

Thanks,
Richard
