There is no time in the proposed schedule for a mass rebuild. it takes
at least 2-3 weeks to do the rebuild and deal with the bulk of the
fallout. the mass rebuild would have to start today with the normal
window we give a mass rebuild, we could shorten it to starting next
week. but that does give no time for ruby and any other features
needing side tags to get there work done.
