Retiring thewidgetfactory package

[Luya Tshimbalanga]

thewidgetfactory is no more in rawhide repository. It has served its
purpose as it was built with gtk2. With the focus to gtk3 and the FTBS
[1] occurred on rawhide, it no longer make sense to duplicate a package
found on gtk3 devel and upstream is dead for years.
